Job Description:

Will be responsible for troubleshooting, evaluating and assisting in the resolution of network service problems. Evaluate system performance. Maintain, troubleshoot and configure servers, desktop computers, networking and office equipment. Will make recommendations regarding systems enhancements. Must analyze and perform patches and upgrades, including new solutions as well as application packaging where appropriate. Will provide IT support and training to local and remote end users and IT staff. Administer and maintain Active Directory Objects, permissions, GPO's, and access rights. Maintain a detailed Hardware and Software inventory through reporting functions and assist as needed in other areas of ongoing projects. Required Skills: 3+ years experience working with Windows XP Operating Systems and Windows 2000 server experience. 3+ three years experience with Citrix Presentation Server, XPE, Citrix Secure Gateway and Installation Manager. Experience with desktop development, testing, migration and support of new or upgraded software including Microsoft operating systems is required. In depth knowledge of MSI technology and DHCP, DNS, WINS and Internet Protocols.
