Job Description This Pharmaceutical Co. is looking for a Manager of Human Resources for our Corporate offices. Supporting our R&D, Quality, and Technical Operations teams you will be a facilitator, counselor, coach, and company representative all in one!
Specific responsibilities include: · Partnering with managers on all aspects of employee relations matters · Serving as the point-of-contact for employees within your client groups for HR-related questions and concerns · Rolling-out, securing buy-in, and training of company initiatives, such as performance management, benefits, HR policies and procedures and more · Assisting and advising management during organizational changes · Recruiting for various positions for your client group · Leading and participating in HR projects · Ensuring legal compliance with mandated federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Job Requirements: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • 5-7 years of human resources experience, 2 of which must be in a supervisory capacity • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, manage details and meet deadlines • Thorough knowledge of employment laws • Proven ability to build relationships and influence a diverse range of audiences, including senior management • Great communication skills – both verbal and written • Strong focus on customer service, responsiveness and listening • Experience working in an environment where employees are highly educated and technical • Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office
