Job Description:
Track and verify all placements have run as ordered Verify correct billing for all placements Keep records of proofs of performance, such as tearsheets Reconcile discrepancies in placement and billing Track and report on results/responses for media placement and other promotional marketing initiatives Monitor the effectiveness of media placements and recommend adjustments as needed Act as a back-up for running Discoverer reports for promotions as needed Qualification Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or Communications. Three years of progressive broad-based media planning and placement experience for both traditional and online media. Proven negotiation skills and experience with direct mail/email lists, search engine advertising and pay-per-click required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking are essential. Experience in higher education, particularly with adult learners, is desirable. Marketing agency experience and proficiency in working with databases are plusses. The successful individual will have a positive attitude, work well with others, have the ability to think strategically, and demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm. Salary is commensurate with education and experience and is congruent with national standards.
