A minimum of five years' experience in newspaper Advertising sales management, preferably with experience in on-line and other media sales; -Excellent verbal skills with experience in report writing, budget narratives, performance evaluations and business correspondence; -A thorough working knowledge of PC word processing and spreadsheet programs; -Proven revenue creation skills; -Proficiency in building and retaining high-performing teams. -Experience with DTI a plus. Much work has been done recently to make our Classified organization an agile and customer-centric organization. This includes an expansive extension of our product lines and numerous product enhancements. The qualified candidate will be expected to continue our momentum in building multi-media solutions, and improving our selling and pricing strategies to insure continued growth and market leadership.
