Job Description:
May be subject to 24 hour per day and 7 days per week call. Climbing and movement in hazardous areas may be required. • Reads and applies work methods practices, all according to company policies, procedures and pertinent directives. Stay abreast of new technology that can improve the overall operations and maintenance of the department. Participates in training programs available for self-improvement. Utilize all policies and practices consistent with personal needs to develop skills and confidence in work and understanding of the goals of the company. Duties: Support the operation of the facility, supervise, coordinate and direct the general construction of new and existing equipment and systems. Planning ,design, pricing and complete buildout of all non-mechanical physical features inherent to TBS operated and occupied properties, to the highest standards set by Turner Properties, Inc. and the architectural specifications within. Also perform other duties as required. Based on scheduling of certain events, various tasks will be required of each trade. • Employee will maintain proper dress attire as instructed by the General Maintenance Manager including but not limited to, proper uniforms and safety shoes. No sneakers, tennis shoes or blue jeans are to be worn at any time. • Assist management with safety training, planning safety improvements, record keeping, and enforcement of OSHA guidelines and Turner Properties, Inc. safety policy. • Conduct safety audits to identify deficiencies and unsafe practices, which require immediate correction. • Maintain records, schedules, charts, etc., as required to ensure proper and timely preventive maintenance or repair of components, systems, and structures.
