Provide Construction Management oversight for five (5) Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Military Construction (MILCON) projects at Fort Lee, VA, representing the Air Force (owner) Air Education and Training Command (AETC) interests during construction.Projects range in scope and complexity from interior renovations, building additions, and new construction.Total program is valued in excess of $90M.Monitor and report construction, schedule, and change order status to owner's representatives.Coordinate owner requirements with US Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) resident engineer staff for inclusion in project designs and construction.Coordinate logistics support with appropriate installation staff and manage installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) upon building acceptance.Coordinate BRAC issues with appropriate installation staff on behalf of the owner's representatives.
