Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to be located in our Cameron, LA office. The Construction Manager will support the Program Manager and Principal Project Managers and take accountability for providing construction management direction with primary responsibility to the client for on-site delivery of time, cost and quality performance of a mid scale vertical construction and rehabilitation on municipal inner city/urban development program of projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assists Project Managers in establishing program/project construction management objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of Company policy. 2. Initiates and maintains liaison with client contacts to facilitate program activities. 3. Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect Company's interests and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client. 4. Works collaboratively with construction General Contractors to generate successful construction methodologies, systems, procedures that lead to optimal outcomes in time, cost and quality of built work. 5. May supervises the work of other Construction Managers/Lead Engineers.
