To be considered well qualified for this position, an ICTAP applicant must meet the basic qualification requirements and receive a score of 90 or above on the knowledge, skills and abilities listed in the Evaluation Method section. Federal employees seeking ICTAP eligibility must, upon request, submit proof that they meet the requirements of 5 CFR 330.704. This includes a copy of the agency separation notice, a copy of their most recent performance rating, and a copy of their most recent SF-50 noting current position, grade level, and duty location. Please annotate your ICTAP eligibility clearly on your application. This position is subject to Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. How You Will Be Evaluated: Eligible applicants will be assigned a score between 70 and 100. Applicants who claim and submit proper evidence of 5 or 10 point veterans\' preference within their resume or application will have 5 or 10 points added to their score. Applicants should include sufficient information in their resume/application that demonstrates their experience, knowledge, skills, training, and/or education in the following:1.Ability to apply advanced concepts, theories, principles and practices of professional engineering to resolve problems and serve as technical expert in the construction of facilities.2.
