Job Description:
Will also be responsible for due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design and detailing, urban planning and primary estimation of projects. Will be responsible for directing professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for value engineering and timely deliveries. • Ideal candidate will be a qualified Architectural/Civil engineer with substantial experience working in project development, preferably high rise building projects. Compensation packages are very competitive and include Salary, Bonuses, Relocation Expenses, Health Insurance (very nominal cost) and 4 weeks of Paid Vacaevelopers, design consultants, regulatory bodies and governmental authorities in identifying and undertaking current and future development plans. • Will also be responsible for due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design and detailing and primary estimation of projects.
