A casual dining restaurant company seeks an Executive Chef with 2+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will communicate and connect with staff and guests alike. Maintain food quality standards, including consistency and presentation. Interview, train and develop staff. Lead with passion and by example. Manage production in main/banquet kitchens. Maintain all menus and recipes used in the restaurant. The candidate will receive highly competitive salary positioned at the top 25% of the industry. Will also get medical, dental, vision and life insurance within 31 day of hire, including domestic partner benefits. Quarterly bonuses with an annual potential up to 175% of plan are available.
