A communications technology firm seeks a Director, Human Resources With 5-7 years of human resources leadership experience. The candidate will lead the daily administration of key human resources processes for assigned Business Units, such as, Sales & Distribution, Finance, IT. Will be responsible for delivering superior human resources support in the areas of staffing, organization design, planning and structure, succession planning, organizational performance to meet business objectives, compensation and talent management. Responsibilities include the implementation of all areas of HR and acts as the primary HR partner for business executives and the management teams. Develop and implement compensation and sales incentive. Work with business unit managers to implement programs that enhance business performance. Hands on project management of critical HR initiatives. Work with members of the HR Competency Center in the delivery and implementation of programs in compensation, talent management, employment practices and payroll and benefits. Develop the next generation of leaders, understanding the talent needs of the business. Assess employee attitudes. B.S. in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required.
