A recruiting and staffing company seeks a Director of Human Resources with 8+ years of experience supervising. The candidate will direct the HR function and supervise the corporate human resources staff in multiple locations. Supervise the administration of and maintain benefit programs for all business units in US; including medical, dental, life, disability, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, non-qualified deferred compensation and 40lk plan. Prepare formal reports for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in coordination. Reports include executive compensation benchmarking and Board of Director benchmarking. Support business units' HR functions. This includes providing guidance and assistance in dealing with policies and procedures for approximately 3500 employees in various locations, and multiple business units. Lead the Benefits Committee, which consists of the CFO and General Counsel. Ensure HR Sarbanes Oxley compliance in coordination with the CAO. Coordinate the Management Awards Program with business unit leaders and corporate accounting. This involves providing information for business units to record quarterly expense accruals as well as quarterly and year end liabilities. Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced Certifications is desired. Experience working at a public company is needed. A record designing compensation plans is needed. Some travel will be required.
