Job Description:
 One of the largest banking and financial service organizations in the world seeks a Business Analyst with 5-10 years of practical accounting and budget experience, with demonstrated experience in operations analysis and implementation. This position is within the ACH/EDI services, operations division. The candidate will monitor errors, losses, track transaction volumes, expenses, historical, current and budget planning. Serve as a liaison between departments and application systems department or outside organizations/companies and customers in defining business system requirements, procedures and practices to implement changes to increase the efficiency of processes. Oversee daily business, technical related projects and tasks as required. Apply comprehensive knowledge of ACH systems, procedures and participate and oversee daily processing. Provide recommendations and information for the preparation of project plans. Ensures projects are implemented on time. When assigned as task manager, manage task to assure objectives are met on time and within cost. Provide support to approved projects as a project team member, under direction of the project manager. Participate in the development of new processes, programs, procedures and projects. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business administration/accounting or related field. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations service practices. Knowledge of PEP, OND, CIF, OTE, GLS, RMD, VI Client, WLI systems and applications as well as knowledge of the new FTP accounting system is a plus.
