Job Description:
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 to 9+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM modules. We are specifically looking for individuals with a leadership background and experience in any of the following PeopleSoft modules: HR, Benefit Administration, Time and Labor and Payroll. Ideal candidates will have full life cycle implementation and upgrade experience. Previous consulting and leadership experience a plus. Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, requirements gathering and communication skills.
We are looking for experienced, energetic, individuals who enjoy working with financial/supply chain systems and processes for the roles of Consultant/Senior Consultant in our PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM practice. The Senior Consultant is responsible for all aspects of HCM systems implementation including requirements gathering, application design, application configuration and implementation, client mentoring and training, and project management. A Consultant will have an understanding of the software, requirements gathering, application design, configuration, and implementation.
