Independent Assessment Analysts perform assessments/evaluations at project milestone reviews in an area of assigned responsibility, evaluation adequacy of the review, documentation, approach, and project's progress. This position requires detail knowledge of System Safety Engineering as it related to Manned Space Flight Systems. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with extensive knowledge of System Engineering principles and practices, experience with NASA Flight Hardware is desired. BS Eng or AST Equiv 4 yrs relevant exp. Demonstrated aerospace S&M&QA technical expertise may serve in lieu of minimum education requirements. Requires US Citizenship & National Agency Check
