Job Requirements: Skills/Job Responsibilities: Candidate must be accomplished in development and system integration of network management platforms, APIs, and customization options. Perform professional level assignments of wide scope and high complexity involving development and implementation of scalable solutions to monitor global customer networks and services. Work closely with third parties to evaluate, improve and implement products that support network and system management needs. Knowledge level must support advanced triage of issues not previously Identified. Experience with SNMP management protocol and basic knowledge of system administration is required.
Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and 10 or more year's progressive, technical experience. Advanced knowledge of EMC's SMARTS network and service management platforms, Computer Associates' Concord platform and InfoVista Vista Foundation Suite platform. Knowledge of the platforms should include the architecture, APIs, performance characteristics, and customization options. LAN/WAN, PERL, Unix.
