Job Description:
This is a high exposure Sales Engineering position in which candidates perform pre/post-sales support and provide on-site demo to our existing and prospective enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and excellent written/verbal communication skills, willingness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree (Computer Science majors are preferred)
• 2 to 3 years of working experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
Knowledge in the following area is a plus:
• Relational Database concepts (We use Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005)
• Apache
• Microsoft SharePoint
• IIS (Internet Information Services Manager)
• Network concepts (TCPIP, Client – Server environments)
• Windows Server, account settings, AD, domain
