Will schedule interviews next week - Face to Face interview - 3-4 person panel interview. Looking for someone that will fit in with their team, be flexible as they work in an unconventional IT environment, projects change at the drop of the hat, and need someone that is okay with that
Need a team player, someone that is outgoing likes to work with others, and a VERY QUICK Learner.
Will be learning from the current web engineers, the next release is in June.
They currently support 1000 servers, so need experience working with minimum 75+ server environment.
