Builds and maintains client relationships.Essential Responsibilities: Work initiatives are typically smaller in nature, pose limited to moderate risk and complexity, require routine direction and minimal analysis/interpretation of data, and scope of contact interaction is typically limited to comparable client counterparts. Specifically, a Project Manager's responsibilities include:1. Organizes and directs members of his/her team through matrix or direct management. Supervises no more than two team members. Plans, implements, controls, and reports an implementation completion within the specific goals of building and delivering that particular venture, product, or project(s). Ensures the customer is satisfied with the plan, scope, schedule, cost and quality of the venture, product, or project(s).2. Leads team assembled to support the venture, product, or project. Team consists of supporting peers and team members across departments and/or divisions. 3. Serves as the primary catalyst for defining and shaping a progressive, productive and profitable culture across an implementation. May require travel and irregular work hours.4. Ensures product/project scope and requirements information is documented and approved.5. Directs the creation, approval, monitoring and updating of project plans using assigned resources.
