Manage a large scale software project with 2 to 4 teams and 15 to 25 engineers, developers and process staff. Project will involve implementation of Services Oriented Architectures and integration of multiple technologies. Develop Work Breakdown Structure, develop milestones, schedules and work packages; develop resource loaded networks; implement an earned-value project monitoring and management system. Implement a project reporting system. Develop and implement a software metrics management process. Work with the customer to develop and refine performance-based contracting requirements and processes.
