Once the opportunity becomes a project, the Enterprise Project Manager will assume responsibility for at least the initial delivery and execution of the project in collaboration with the local Director of Delivery or Area Directors in guidance with CSM and Recruiters to ensure project initiation is a complete success. Goals & Objectives1. Participation in qualifying, discovering and defining best project structure through scope definition, establishing resource needs and team structure, estimating work effort during qualified sales cycle to set realistic expectations for Delivery Organization.2. Ability to enforce CIBER, Inc. policies, and procedures for full project cycle. 3. Capability to engage at an executive level in strategic or problematic projects.4. Ability to smoothly train, hand off and transition project management roles and responsibilities to new project manager without impacting client. 5. Take on complex projects that require a senior skilled/experienced Project Manager in order to minimize CIBER\'s risk.Responsibilities * Participate in Executive Steering Committee meetings with client and local/region CIBER executives.* Overall responsibility for project success and client satisfaction while acting as Project Manager for that client. * Keep all project stakeholders updated on progress and issues.* Ensure the quality of the deliverables from the project team.* Develop statements of work (sow), detail project plans, accurate work effort estimation and budgets.
