Job Description:
Provides data gathering, data entry, tracking and some level of analysis via Excel or MS Access. Coordinates and develops executive summary reports and various ad hoc reporting for organizational alignment activities.Familiarity with Engineering & Operations Infrastructure organizations and responsibilities is preferred. Partnership with all impacted functional areas and stakeholders both locally and nationally is critical to ensure successful start-up execution and completion of a project.Responsibilities:- Matrix manage project activities across all participating functional areas. Project assignments are broad in nature requiring conceptualization and initiative.- Plan and supervise activities for multiple, large-scale projects- Set and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas in Fiserv are engaged on the project- Initiate and lead project planning activities such as Scope Definition and Management (WBS, Project Change Control, Scope Document), Risk & Issues Management, Communication Management, etc.- Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring - Overall Project Timeline - Project Milestones - Tasks, Resources, and Estimated Dates - Task Dependencies - Critical Path- Report project status on a weekly basis to management and the project team.
