The Human Resource Manager is an important member serving the employees! By managing the ship’s Human Resources division, some day-to-day activities include;
• fashioning a positive and exciting work atmosphere
• creating fresh ideas to improve employee satisfaction and morale
• training and mentoring employees for promotion and career advancement
The Human Resource Manager develops and implements fresh and creative methods to promote our core values & standards, which include serving our guests and employees, and exceeding their expectations! As a member of the decision-making team aboard the ship, the Human Resource Manager is a key player in directing the performance of the vessel!

Minimum requirements
• 5 years experience in Human Resource Management
• 4-year university degree
• ability to lead and mentor an international crew
