Job Description: The Training and Development Manager is an important member serving the employees! The delivery structured professional training sessions is just one of the many important responsibilities assigned to the Training and Development Manager. Other day-to-day activities include,
• fashioning a positive and exciting work atmosphere
• providing learning support activities for staff
• training and mentoring employees for promotion and career advancement

Minimum requirements
• 2-3 years experience as a Training and Development professional
• 4-year university degree
• 2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, cruise line or retail environment
