The Training and Development Manager is an important member serving the employees! The delivery structured professional training sessions is just one of the many important responsibilities assigned to the Training and Development Manager. Other day-to-day activities include,

Minimum requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a Training and
Development professional

• 4-year university degree

• 2 years of experience in a hotel,
restaurant, cruise line or retail environment
