Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Services.

Position provides strategic direction and implementation for all attorney training and development, staff development and leadership programs and technical training initiatives. Candidate serves as project manager for the Professional Development Committee, working with all levels of management (including partners tasked with professional development responsibilities), and is responsible for programs across all departments and offices.

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 5-7 years sr. management and training and development experience and has experience in creating, leading training, organizational development and leadership programs preferably in a law firm or professional service industry.

Candidate should possess a BS or BA in Business.

Masters degree or J.D. degree desirable.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal/communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have project and change management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Superior writing skills are required.
