Job Description:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT Oversee commercial installation of air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems on new and renovation construction projects. Manage the project from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing submittals, writing purchase orders, generating Requests For Information to owner or general contractor, communicate with customer on progress, attend progress meetings, assist in coordination of our trades and subcontractors, make sure company maintains construction schedule, process billings, submit change order billings for extra work, follow up with punch list items, etc.
