Job Description:
Responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of entire hotel's HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment. Responsible for ensuring the hotels quality standards are achieved as they relate to the franchise system.Please respond online with hcareers.com.and Refrigeration a plus. Previous HoliCare and/or preventative maintenance program experience preferred. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Broad based knowledge of general handyman skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, wallpaper, carpet repair highly preferred. Must be able to lift, carry and climb ladders to any area of the hotel. Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds of dead weight.
