Manage a Business Unit focused on Electronics and Test Equipment products, the design and manufacturing thereof. +Plan, develop, and ensure the effective execution of business practices and professional services within the Business Unit (comprising multiple programs and/or projects) to ensure optimal business growth and profitability, as well as customer and employee satisfaction. +Develop, recommend, and implement business development programs and initiatives to retain and/or expand business with existing customers and actively collaborate with Business Development personnel in generating new business. +Develop and recommend annual Business Unit budgets and performance goals; evaluate success in achieving these objectives and develop and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
