Job Description:

Perform complex data analysis, financial modeling, and produce reports for management review.* Prepare color boards for finishes selection.* Collaborate and engage others having responsibility to the completed construction job such as architect, IT managers, etc. in a timely manner and in accordance with the schedule.* Provide technical assistance and advice to EHS managers and others concerning construction management in order to exchange information, resolve change orders and to ensure compliance with established lease agreement. * Performs related duties such as attending meetings and conferences, maintaining records; preparing notification letters and reports.* Confer with EHS Office of Leasing and State Owned Property management staff and others in order to provide information concerning completion date.* Establish an accurate relocation date as early as possible to ensure Information Technology staff ample time to order/relocate needed service to the building. Qualifications: MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least (A) four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration the major duties of which involved program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis, and (B) of which at least one year must have been in a supervisory capacity.
