Job Description:

We are seeking seasoned construction professionals to manage/estimate multiple commercial projects. Managing delivery order execution in accordance with contract requirements and project management procedures. Attend pre-issuance site visits for each job order to determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail, and develop preliminary approximations of types of materials to be used. Prepare estimates for each job order based on technical specifications and drawings or sketches; where feasible provide possible value engineering suggestions.Identify all work items on each job order and estimate quantities of each item.Prepare quantity take-offs and enter line items into on-site computer containing the pre-established unit prices.Develop pricing for non-scheduled line items.Solicit detailed proposal information from at least three vendors and/or subcontractors with all supporting documentation on equipment, material and labor costs for material or equipment.
