Responsibilities include client interface, client satisfaction, job order contract administration; cost estimates; proposals; subcontractor agreements; staffing and schedules; coordination with project architects and engineers; project meetings; and project records and documents. In the absence of the Project General Manager, function in that capacity.Managing delivery order execution in accordance with contract requirements and project management procedures Attend pre-issuance site visits for each job order to determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail, and develop preliminary approximations of types of materials to be used and basic quantity counts.Prepare hard bid estimates for each job order based on technical specifications and drawings or sketches; where feasible provide possible value engineering suggestions.Confirm that all necessary materials and supplies are included in the scope of work and that unnecessary items are excluded.Prepare quantity take-offs and enter line items into on-site computer containing the pre-established unit prices.
