Job Description:
Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing employees and responsible for management of employee salaries. Implements and supports Company programs and policies Responsibilities of this position include the following: Coordinate and communicate pre-construction, construction and commissioning activities with stakeholders. Supervise and direct project inspection activities for internal and contract inspectors for civil, communication, substation and transmission facilities including adherence to project design and transmission right-of-way easement or grant stipulations with respect to construction. Provide project financial information; reconcile contract inspection invoices; assist with construction forecasting and contract change orders. Provide project team with construction status reports. Manage documentation of project data (concrete testing, slump testing, compaction testing, wire sagging data, anchor testing, drilled shaft reporting and foundation installations). Coordinate the collection and issuance of red line documents to engineering for permanent company records. Assist in the development of company standards for high voltage transmission assets.
