Job Description:

Responsible for providing overall quality administration and coordination on complex design, design-build and construction projects of all sizes, including mega programs or mega projects of a diverse and complex nature. Responsible for design quality management staff that verify the design and specifications are in accordance with contractual requirements. Supervises assigned field quality management and inspection staff to verify that the Contractor's activities are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and contractual requirements. Act as primary on-site liaison between Client, Company Personnel and Contractor for resolution of quality project issues. Author, modify and/or implement on-site Quality Program procedures and QA/QC Plan to assist staff in performing their work. Collect data to brief Client on Project Quality Issues and provide possible resolutions. Review and draft responses to Contractor's correspondence as required. Read and Interpret plans Monitor Contractor's quality progress and compare with quality processes and procedures. Position may require staff mentoring and training. Position may involve developing or assisting in the development of a company wide quality manager?s program manual. The position usually involves complex work in many areas or functions that are beyond the scope of standard procedures. May require writing or reviewing procedures to assure they conform to the latest ISO Standards. Decisions may affect the creation or modification of policies or procedures or the achievement of strategic goals.
