EXPERIENCE * Desire a candidate with experience as a Combo Residential Building Inspector * Willing to train a trades person to become a Building Inspector * High school diploma or equivalent * Acceptable driving record SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Knowledge of local building codes * Working knowledge of current construction procedures/technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Passion for this industry and driven to continually improve SPECIAL LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION * ICC Residential certifications in multiple disciplines, is desired * State of Georgia Construction Industry licenses in one or more of the various disciplines is acceptable SALARY RANGE * $30K - $47K, depending on qualifications and certifications
