Job Description:
This position will serve as a technical resource for the firm’s staff for the review and production of contract drawings, specifications and construction administration procedures. This entails the review and implementation of a Master Spec program, providing assistance in the coordination and production of construction documents, reviewing detailed design drawings for quality control and coordination, and providing assistance to younger staff in construction administration and observation procedures and process. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to organize and multitask. Some travel may be required. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field with 10 years experience in a construction documentation, quality management systems and process.
