Alternately, an advanced degree in the sciences or a medical degree. Experience:>7-10 years of industry experience in various commercial functions, including at least 5 years in Business Development. Experience with evaluating, negotiating and executing transactions. Specific experience with early stage or platform based drug discovery company collaborations preferred. Due diligence experience a must.Complexity:Understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D and commercial process and its financial and strategic implications for the company. Ability to interact with a broad range of internal and external functional stakeholders, including R&D and Commercial.
