Job Responsibilities:
1) Prepare project manuals
2) Train staff on issues related to specifications
3) Ensure correct budgeting for specification production
4) Coordinate scheduling
5) Collaborate with project teams
6) Act as a resource for technical questions
7) Serve as a resource for material and product selections

Job Requirements:
1) Architectural Registration
2) CSI certification
3) Minimum 10 years of diversified commercial experience
