Job Description: Oversee preparation and submitting of payroll, adjustments to employee accruals and summarizing or processing payroll information to corporate office. Oversee financial operations for local medical office including, but not limited to: Initiate invoice approval process, monitor accounts receivable aging, and write-offs. Review and approve vendor invoices. Coordinate and track resolution of billing, and vendor issues. Resolve vendor service issues. Maintain petty cash. Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment to include cellular phones, pagers, office keys and inventory. Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, including office machines and supply vendors. Manage and supervise office staff including but not limited to the receptionist.
Job Requirements: College degree preferred with minimum 2 years office management experience. Health care background helpful with specific experience in Administrative Services and General Finance. Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable. Attention to detail, organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
