We work with public and private clients to provide a variety of project types including schools, churches, fire stations, commercial mixed use, recreation facilities, historic preservation & sustainable design. We are seeking full time employees with the skills to contribute in a team atmosphere and the initiative to advance. We offer diversified experience on multiple project types in various stages of development. We work in flexible teams and provide training in accordance with the Internship Development Program (IDP) as necessary to fulfill the experience requirements for becoming a licensed architect. Samaha further supports the goal or licensure by providing a professional development allowance for every employee, in house educational seminars, ARE study materials and reimbursement for the cost of the exam. Required skills include design sensibilities, construction documentation, AutoCAD, and attention to detail. Desired experience may include Revit, Construction Administration, Code Analysis, Presentation Drawing and Graphic Skills. Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with talent and experience.
