The Access Management Maintenance Initiative is a program that manages the last mile access for client-customers onto the clients network or a preferred access vendor to ensure that we provide the highest level of service and reliability for our customers. The position is responsible for managing the entire Tail Migration Access Maintenance process, which entails circuit opportunity analysis through the various Legacy applications/systems, direct external/internal customer contact for confirmation on the access maintenance initiatives, and managing the entire process and functional team members for tasks involved. Those tasks include but not limited to: site survey requests, order issuance, engineering, provisioning, site work, testing, migration to new access and ensuring circuit disconnects are completed for the old access portion.
