Program/Project Manager Kforce Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for a contract-to-perm position in Cincinnati, OH. As a Project Manager of a 'crisis' project, you will operate independently to: Successfully manage large projects, full or partial life cycle, to get them on track and meet customer's expectations of an on-time, quality, and within budget project Understand, promote, and train project management practices and disciplines with all stakeholders on projects Follow and promote published IT procedures and guidelines Develop a partnership with Business Units to create, collaborate, and take ownership of all projects Maintain flexibility to accommodate special requests and unexpected project changes Clearly articulate goals, objectives and accomplishments for the project Manage scope, schedule, and resources through configuration management and change control Manage resources effectively in a matrix organization As a PMO liaison, you will operate independently to: Coach, mentor, train project managers to perform their roles in accordance with project management best practices and standards Facilitate project reviews and governance committee meetings Conduct internal audits of IT projects Generate project-related metrics and collect key metrics from other IT Services functional areas.
