Job Description:
Applicant must be pro-active, collaborative, driven and seek excellence. Responsibilities include: 1. Establish clear project execution guidelines; develop detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; track and communicate key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers. Identify and gain allocation of project/product team resources; obtain sponsor approvals, and coordinate the resources necessary to successfully complete the project 2. Initiate, plan, execute, and control project efforts that utilize technological solutions 3. Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations 4. Assist in definition of business and functional requirements. Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks. 5. Manage vendors that are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced interfaces and products, if applicable during project lifecycle 6. Measure progress toward goals and revise project objectives; document applying change control procedures. Evaluate the impacts and risks of changes and assign tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations.
