Job Description:
One of the largest suppliers of cement and related mineral components in the nation also leads in sustainable development and social responsibility. Holcim (US) has an opportunity for a Project Manager to be located at the Ada, OK plant.

As a key member of the Maintenance staff, you will possess a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment (projects and/or maintenance). Experience in managing projects and drafting contracts is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional team, decision making skills and innovative approach towards problem solving drive success. We work in an energetic team atmosphere, and looking for your project management expertise to be instrumental with achieving plant operating improvement and preserving the value of plant assets

Leveraging this expertise, the Project Manager will provide leadership, support and expertise to the Ada plant in CAPEX and expense projects, which includes (costs of projects vary from thousands to millions), but is not limited to:

• Inception of project
• Feasibility studies
• Engineering
• CAPEX contracts, execution and commissioning

Use your superior communications skills and utilize SAP for project scheduling and management to excel in your responsibility for managing plant projects. Your position implements both CAPEX and expense projects to achieve targeted capacity that meets market demand. You will assist in the development of proposed plant projects and implements approved projects. This includes, evaluation of the business case, budgeting, evaluating alternatives, while ensuring standardization where possible. You would also be responsible for the execution of plant improvement and optimization projects
