Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Management experience is highly preferred but not required.
An ideal candidate for our Restaurant Manager position would be a highly motivated individual who places primary importance on delivering excellent customer service to all of our guests and ensuring that all of our employees do the same. One to two years of previous experience in managing a single-unit location in the restaurant industry is preferred. The candidate must also comply with all standards for cost control, merchandising, and sanitation.
An ideal candidate for our Assistant Manager position would be a very organized individual capable of handling the operations in the absence of the General Manager. Previous experience in managing is preferred. The candidate would be responsible for making sure that our stores are properly run, including staff development, policies, procedures and delivering standards while executing a high level of customer service.
