Job Description:
Operations on daily activities as needed. Responsibilities : Supervises Lead Client Service Specialists and Client Service Specialist. Makes recommendations regarding proper personnel practices including performance evaluations, salary administrations, promotions, transfers and terminations. Develops and maintains courteous, professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers and maintains excellent customer service skills. Monitors the service of the internal processing department to ensure standards and procedures meet clients needs; recommends changes if necessary. Monitors phone calls from insureds/agents to ensure proper phone coverage. Monitors daily and monthly phone statistics and operations. Researches and resolves complex billing problems, systems problems, customer complaints and dissatisfied customer calls. Reconciles monthly accounting statements for the foxpro system or Occupational Accident product. Develops supervisory skills and/or significant technical/business expertise. Develops leadership qualities in assisting others and supporting company/department changes. Tracks individual Client Service Specialists production. Coaches Client Service Specialists on quality, productivity, and service standards. Provides feedback and suggestions on workflow procedures and products to operations manager and A.V.P. of Operations. Schedules and monitors training of client service specialist(s).
