Current challenges that you could be assisting our Process Engineering clients to address include: Helping clients with and / or leading the development of functional Process Engineering strategies resulting from changing priorities or sweeping business changes such as significant growth, globalization, changing risks and new / changing regulations Perform specific analyses based on leading practices across organization, process, technology and human capital to ensure that our clients are best positioned to leverage all of the aspects of a High Performing Finance function within the context of their specific organizations context) Assessing current state and defining target state Process strategies Defining business cases and roadmap's for Process Engineering initiatives. Assisting clients in identifying and assessing processes to leverage their investments to provide more value-added capabilities. Identifying opportunities to more closely align or integrate processes across business groups, including the front-office, finance and operations areas.
