Facilitate practices that will result in optimum efficiencies to process quotation inquiries, coordination of applications engineering support, order management, and expediting requests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage, train, and motivate assigned international customer service reps and maintain maximum efficiency in the job function. Ensure that Avon customer support activities meet or exceed the expectations of our international audience. 2. Collaborate with management, sales, marketing, specs, and manufacturing to ensure Avon Customer Service - International is efficient, productive, and timely in meeting the customer's needs. Enlist the support of all Avon departments to effectively satisfy all international customer support requirements. 3. Assist international sales force in training and promoting sales activity. Travel in assigned territories as required. 4. Develop and implement successful practices that streamline and automate the order entry process for the international markets. Support contract review activities in Avon, and ensure that all international orders arrive at the Avon factory clean and priced accurately. Ensure that all global Masoneilan order transmittal tools and policies are followed by the international sales team. 5. Provide monthly reporting as required by the Manager -
