Job Description:
Evaluates and assists with new employee orientation and training that will allow for the consistent handling of account resolution within the specified guidelines. Designs methods for handling specific types of situations that fall outside of standard guidelines. Ensure effective communication with all internal and external staff and works as a liaison between patients and medical departments to resolve fee complaints, charging practice issues, or dissatisfaction with medical care or service. Assists in the planning and preparation of salary, capital, and overall operating budgets for the units. Education/Experience: Associate degree or equivalent plus two years supervisory in customer service or three years related leadership experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
