The position activities requires thorough knowledge of loan service and supervisory planning. Performs contacts with other supervisors on assigned activities. Also contributes to establishing of department goals, plans, and schedules, will assign routine tasks, oversees the dept. that work meets standards, and evaluates that work. Will also evaluate phone or written inquiries, provides info. on routine operating methods, correspondance with a variety of outside institutions, oversees preparation of monthly reports, implements procedures, monitors the dept. budget performance, and supervises and conducts HR programs for the dept. Shifts Available : Mondays through Fridays 12 pm to 9 pm with rotating saturdays. Qualifications 5 - 7 years of related experience. 1 to 2 year as a supervisor or leader within loan servicing. Knowledge of routine concepts, practices and procedures used to apply this competency. Able to independently apply this competency in routine and more complex situations. Knowledge and application of the most advanced concepts, practices and procedures to handle complex competency applications. Sought out as technical expert or strategic leader in this competency area. Bachelors degree or related experience required. Good working knowledge of loans and lending. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
