The results oriented Customer Care Manager will drive activities providing superior customer service, supply chain flexibility, optimized business process, and reduced operating costs with our customers. The position will require proactive resolution of any outstanding customer specific logistical opportunities, and will provide high quality decision support to the account teams. The Customer Care manager will provide leadership in three key areas including order management, customer logistics, and customer collaborative planning. This associate will play a key role ensuring Mars Petcare US is customer-centric, providing key customer insights and requirements. They will also share customer service results and other key performance indicators (KPI's) with key customer contacts on period / quarterly basis.
